Through Modon's partnership with Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, eligible buyers can finance up to 75% of the price off-plan. Pre-approval takes about two hours, is free and carries no obligation, and you need not already bank with ADIB. Finance is subject to ADIB's approval.

Is there an offer for UAE nationals?

Yes. Modon gives UAE national buyers a non-transferable rebate of 5% of the price, equal to the final 5% payment due at handover.
