What Homes.me collects about you, why, who else sees it, how long it is kept, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated Nov 6, 2026.
Who we are
Homes.me (homes.me and its pages, including the hot project and landing pages) is run by Emigeo Homes Real Estate LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: info@homes.me or WhatsApp +971 58 592 3565.
The short version
- You can use Homes.me without giving us your name or contact details.
- When you ask us to contact you, we use what you send to answer you about property, and nothing else. We never sell personal data.
- Questions you type or say to the AI advisor or Homes AI are sent to AI services to be answered.
- We use analytics and advertising tools that set cookies. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland they load only after you accept.
What we collect and why
When you send us a form
Our forms (prices and floor plans, brochures, the priority list and others) ask for your name and WhatsApp number, and may ask for your email, budget, bedrooms, the project, whether you are buying to live in or invest, and what to send you first. With them we receive the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the site that sent you there, and campaign tags in the address (such as utm codes or Google and Meta click identifiers), so we know which advertising works. We use all of this to reply to you, to send you what you asked for, and to advise you on buying. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it. Forms are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms; we do not keep them in a database of our own.
When you talk to us
If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we keep the conversation to help you and to keep a record of what was agreed. WhatsApp is run by Meta and its own privacy policy applies to what you send through it.
When you use the AI advisor or Homes AI
What you type to the AI advisor is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to be answered. When you speak to Homes AI, your recording is turned into text by Cloudflare Workers AI (Deepgram and Whisper models) or Deepgram's live service, your question is answered by Anthropic's Claude, and the spoken answer is made by our own voice server or by MiniMax. Along with the question we send the page you are on, the language you chose and the last few turns of the conversation, never your name or number. Please do not include personal details you do not want shared with these services. We do not keep a log of questions ourselves. To prevent abuse, the number of questions from one internet address is limited for a minute at a time.
When you sign in
You can sign in with Google from the button at the top of every page; people who edit the site must. We receive the name, email address and profile picture of your Google account (never your password), keep them with your role, and keep a session for 30 days in a cookie that only our site can read. A second cookie, hm_signed, says only that you are signed in, so the page knows to show your picture and menu; it holds nothing about you and is removed when you sign out. Changes you make to the site are kept with your email address as their author.
What your browser keeps
To make the site work, your browser keeps your saved projects, the theme (light or dark), the currency, the list or map view and Homes AI's language, on your device only. Prices in other currencies use daily exchange rates we fetch for all visitors; nothing about you is sent with that request. During a visit we also keep, in your browser, how you arrived (the landing page, the referring site and campaign tags), to add to a form if you send one.
What any website receives
Our site runs on Cloudflare, which receives your internet address, browser and the pages you ask for in order to deliver them and protect the site. Project images load from Heart Photos (i.heart.photos), some older ones from dev.homes.me, and map tiles from Esri, with the map library from unpkg.com; each of them sees the request for the file.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use these to understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google): pages viewed, how visitors arrived, and events such as a form sent or a WhatsApp button pressed.
- Google Ads (Google): to measure which ads lead to enquiries. When you send a form, a scrambled (SHA-256) copy of your email and phone number may be sent so Google can match the enquiry to an ad click; Google cannot read the original from it.
- Meta Pixel (Meta): to measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising, including when a form is sent or a contact button pressed.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and movement) and the text of our pages. What you type into forms and the AI advisor is hidden from it.
- Stats.he.art: anonymous page counts, with no cookies and nothing kept in your browser.
These tools set cookies or similar identifiers, and Google, Meta and Microsoft may combine what they receive with what they already know, under their own policies. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, none of them except Stats.he.art loads until you accept, and you can say no. Anyone can change their choice at any time in Cookie settings. The sign-in cookie and the browser storage above are needed for the site to work and are not used for tracking.
Who else sees your data
Only the services named above, each for its purpose: Cloudflare (hosting, the AI advisor, speech), Web3Forms (delivering forms), Google (sign-in, analytics, advertising), Meta (advertising, WhatsApp), Microsoft (Clarity), Anthropic, Deepgram and MiniMax (Homes AI), and Heart Photos (images). When you ask us to, we share your name, number and requirements with the developer of a project you want, to reserve a unit or get a price. We may disclose data when the law requires it. We never sell personal data. Some of these services are outside the UAE (mainly in the United States and the EU); we use them under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and conversations: for as long as we are helping you, and afterwards as long as needed for our records and legal obligations, then deleted. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Sign-in sessions: 30 days. Accounts and the record of who changed what on the site: while the account is used for editing.
- Analytics and advertising data: as long as each tool keeps it under its own settings and policy.
- What your browser keeps: until you clear it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to stop using it for a purpose, or to stop contacting you. Write to info@homes.me and we will answer within 30 days. These rights come from the UAE's personal data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, if you are in the EU, EEA or UK, from the GDPR, where you may also complain to your data protection authority.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Sign-in sessions are random keys kept only in a scrambled form on our side. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who answer them.
Children
Homes.me is for adults buying property. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
When we change how we use personal data, we update this page and its date. Important changes are also shown on the site.
