George Vanous is an entrepreneur and the father of four daughters. With Emir Dulovic he owns and leads Emigeo Homes Real Estate LLC in Dubai, whose name joins theirs (Emir and George); Homes.me is the company's brand.
Building companies
George builds companies. He founded TGN (The Gaming Network), a network of gaming channels, built it and sold it to BroadbandTV in 2012 (PR Newswire, Dec 3, 2014). On Dec 1, 2013 he launched Freedom!, a YouTube multi-channel network that, according to a press release reported by the South China Morning Post, had more than 177,000 channel partners by October 2016 (South China Morning Post, Oct 13, 2016).
His company today, Freedom! Family Limited, makes the Heartbeat extension for saving moments of YouTube videos, publishes Heartipedia, and runs He.art, Heart Photos and Vi.ki. Homes.me is the property platform he builds with Emir.
What George does at Homes.me
Homes.me's guides, blog posts and glossary are written with AI from the sources they cite, so they name no human author. George is the editor responsible for them: he set the rules the pages follow and decides what the site publishes.
- Prices, payment plans and handover dates come from developers and are shown as they publish them; what homes sold and rent for comes from the Dubai Land Department's own records.
- No listing, price, yield or return is ever invented or promised. Where sources disagree, the page says "confirm" and names who to confirm with.
- Every figure or rule links to where it is stated, to a law or a government page wherever one exists.
- A date in the sitemap or on a page is the day its facts last changed, never a fresher one.
