Hello, and welcome. Homes.me helps investors around the world find homes that are not built yet in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al-Khaima. Each project page shows its starting price, payment plan, handover date and location, and our AI advisor answers questions from those facts.
A project page can tell you what a home costs. It cannot tell you what an escrow account does, who pays a registration fee, or what the law says if a project stalls. Buyers ask us these things all the time, so this blog is where we will answer them.
What to expect
We plan to publish one post a day, when we have something worth your time. Each one will:
- Answer one real question in its first lines.
- Link each figure and rule to its source, the law or the government page wherever we can.
- Say so plainly when sources disagree or a rule needs confirming.
We will not promise returns or tell you what to buy. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice, and rules change, so please confirm anything important before you sign.
Where to begin
Our first post asks a question nearly every overseas buyer starts with: can foreigners buy off-plan property in Dubai? From there, the investor tools run the numbers on any budget, and when you are ready, a person in Dubai is one message away.
Thanks for reading. You can follow new posts in a feed reader with the blog's feed.
